Important Group Instructions

Use one reservation name for the whole group.

The reservation name below is how we match each rider waiver to this booking request.

Note: The reservation name you enter on this page must be the same name every rider in your party enters on the waiver page.
Example If John Smith submits this reservation, every rider should enter “John Smith” as the reservation name on their waiver.
Only one person needs this page The group organizer submits the reservation request once. Other riders do not need to submit another reservation.
Every rider still needs a waiver Each rider must complete their own waiver before receiving an e-bike. No waiver means no ride.
Use the group organizer’s name. Every rider will enter this same name on their waiver.
This helps us know how many waiver submissions to look for.

This reservation request does not replace the rider waiver. After this request is submitted, each rider must complete the separate waiver before receiving an e-bike.

What Happens Next

Your rental is reviewed before it is confirmed.

This protects riders from overbooking and lets us make sure bikes, staff, weather, waivers, and pickup details are all ready before payment is collected.
